Special Statement: Standing in Solidarity with the AAPI Community

As we continue to learn from current news reports, acts of hate against the Asian American and Pacific Islander communities in the United States remain and have been on the rise during the last year, up 149% in 2020. The recent violence in Atlanta and New York is a terrible reminder of this disturbing trend. 

Compassion & Choices stands in solidarity with our Asian American and Pacific Islander supporters, volunteers and donors against acts of racism.

We may not be able to make sense out of violence, but we should all make the commitment to support one another during what continues to be a challenging time. We wish you health and safety in the days ahead.
