This position will work with gift officers to oversee the identification, cultivation and solicitation of major and principal gifts (gift of $10,000 and above). This position will manage three full-time Philanthropy Gift Officers based across the country. The NDMC is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the organization’s communications strategy, movement and organizational positioning, marketing strategies, brand building, message development and implementation, communications, materials development, and media initiatives to raise awareness of Compassion & Choices and to advance its programs. S/he will coordinate efforts with the Executive Office, Integrated Programs, Advocacy, Community Engagement, Digital Strategy, and Development to present clear and consistent messages that represent Compassion & Choices mission and services.
