Campaign Organizer (Massachusetts/NE)

This position is primarily responsible for working closely with the Regional Advocacy Manager to formalize and streamline grassroots activities while building capacity and infrastructure. The Campaign Organizer will also provide key support for outreach activities and events, particularly around volunteer activities, issue-based campaigns and field campaigns around end-of-life issues. Digital Engagement Manager

The Digital Engagement Manager is primarily responsible for managing C&C’s acquisition efforts and supporter digital interactions. This includes, but is not limited to, Google Ad Grants, online events, digital ads, digital communities and email acquisition programs. They will be the project lead for the online acquisition program, moving new acquisitions up the ladder of engagement to reach conversion and ROI goals. This position is primarily responsible for (1) tracking and analyzing state legislation, regulations, and other government policies (2) preparing rapid responses to state legislation, regulations, and government policies; and (3) supporting priorities and initiatives of the legal and policy staff. This position is primarily responsible for strategic advocacy and outreach to medical providers, healthcare facilities and systems, healthcare associations and healthcare regulators around the full range of end-of-life care options. Learn more.

Minnesota/Docs4Dignity Campaign Organizer

This position is primarily responsible for working closely with the Minnesota Campaign Manager to formalize and implement grassroots activities while building capacity and infrastructure. The Campaign Organizer will provide key support for volunteer outreach activities and events. This position will also provide organizing support to the Doctors for Dignity Program Director. This position is primarily responsible for working closely with the Regional Campaign and Outreach Manager in the Northwest region to formalize and streamline grassroots activities while building capacity and infrastructure. Learn more.

NY/NJ State Campaign Manager

The State Campaign Manager for New Jersey & New York works to advance Compassion & Choices’ mission of expanding options for compassionate dying, and empowering everyone to choose end-of-life care that reflects their values, priorities, and beliefs. The campaign manager works to implement the organization’s strategies with supporters and organizations at the state and local level with the goal of passing medical aid-in-dying legislation and other initiatives to improve person-centered care for those with advanced illnesses who are facing the end of their lives.

Senior Communications Associate

This position is primarily responsible for developing and managing the communications strategy for Compassion & Choices’ state campaigns and the organization’s national advocacy efforts. The Sr. Communications Associate has overall responsibility for creating, managing and implementing the in-state digital strategy. Also responsible for supporting the storyteller program in designated states, and for providing technical assistance to and developing quarterly plans-in-the-can for capacity-building states.

Senior Manager, Direct Mail & Donor Engagement

This position is primarily responsible for managing Compassion & Choices’ direct mail efforts, national fundraising emails, and efforts to make its donor base more inclusive by developing an innovative new acquisition program.
