Berly Laycox is the National Director of Digital Strategy for Compassion & Choices. In this role, she provides direction for our digital advocacy and fundraising efforts. Berly comes to Compassion & Choices with over 14 years of experience in marketing and communications and a passion for listening to people and data.
Prior to joining Compassion & Choices, Berly worked as the Senior Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Rutgers University Foundation, managing the foundation’s public-facing digital presence for donors and alumni. In addition to her time at Rutgers, Berly led the digital communications team at Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers in Camden, NJ, and helped launch the brand and digital presence for their National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs in 2017.
Berly graduated first in her Executive MBA class from Rutgers University and received the Dean Lei Achievement Award. She also holds a BA in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BFA in Print Media from Highlands University.
