Status of Medical Aid in Dying

HB254 was filed by Representative Bob Lynn in January of 2025, and assigned to the House Committee on Judiciary. The bill has bipartisan support and 7 additional co-sponsors. A public hearing has been scheduled for January 29 at 1 p.m., and Compassion & Choices will be submitting written testimony in support of the legislation.
