Faced with a terminal diagnosis, Arizona residents deserve the full range end-of-life care options, including medical aid in dying. Medical aid in dying allows terminally ill adults to get a prescription they can take to end their life peacefully.

The Arizona legislature introduced HB 2762 for the 2022 legislative session, aiming to authorize medical aid in dying.

We are proud to be a part of the Arizona End-of-Life Options Coalition working to authorize medical aid in dying! We invite you to check out our coalition partners.
