Our theme for Giving Tuesday is Live with Intention, Give with Intention. Here’s why:

For decades, much of our work has been to normalize discussions about death, bringing an inevitable part of life out of the shadows and into the light. We’ve made significant progress breaking down taboos and encouraging more open, honest conversations about death and dying.

But what if we could do more?

What if we could redefine how we, as a society, view mortality? What if we could transform the fear and discomfort around death into a deeper appreciation for the preciousness of life?

We want to live with intention, in a world where end-of-life planning is not just a necessary chore but a cherished opportunity — a powerful act of love.

And we know that intentional giving — of time, of talent, of resources — is a big part of what makes life fulfilling.

Over the coming days, culminating on Giving Tuesday, we’ll share ways Compassion & Choices is here to help you live — and give — with intentionality.
