As a longtime supporter of Compassion & Choices, I have used their resources for my own planning. I have also given out those resources to my friends and community members to help them navigate the challenges at the end of life and inform them of their options to hopefully increase their ability to pass away gently when their time comes.

$25 sends one of our My End-of-Life Decisions and Dementia Values & Priorities workbooks to a person to ensure they can live and die according to their values
$50 trains a volunteer to advocate for medical aid in dying in their state
$100 funds an hour long conversation with our End of Life Consultation service to work with individuals trying to determine their end of life options
