I’ve had a few months to regroup since publishing Finish Strong: Putting YOUR Values and Priorities First at Life’s End. I feel truly humbled and stunned by the response I’ve received from readers in that time. People across the country tell me about their amplified curiosity regarding their end-of-life options, and their excitement at taking their care into their own hands now and into the future. How fulfilling to see this book providing an opportunity for everyone to chart their own course at the end of life and have the discussions now that can make all the difference as we approach and ultimately reach life’s end.
Coming up on April 16 is the 11th annual National Healthcare Decisions Day, intended to remind you and your family to sit down and discuss the topics I cover in my book: advance care planning, dementia, hospice and more.
