Access Campaign Medical Outreach Manager The Access Campaign’s goal is to integrate and normalize all end-of-life options, including medical aid in dying, into the standard of care. This position is primarily responsible for strategic advocacy and outreach to medical providers, healthcare facilities and systems, healthcare associations and healthcare regulators around the full range of end-of-life care options, including medical aid in dying. This position focuses on networking and advocacy to persuade healthcare systems to adopt new policies that support patient choice for medical aid in dying, educating doctors and other medical professionals, and recruiting medical providers to become advocates within their networks. This position will seek to build a trusted, reliable, and valuable resource brand for C&C. This position requires a strong commitment to end-of-life choice, including medical aid in dying.
Grassroots Organizer Internship, New York The responsibilities of the intern will vary based on the needs of the campaign that week. This position will be a combination of; planning speaking engagements, working and organizing volunteers, researching various topics, advocating at the Capitol and possible data entry. You can expect to be working with volunteers, gathering petition signatures, finding venues and planning speaking opportunities and also planning and attending meetings with local lawmakers. This is an unpaid internship.
National Director of Human Resources This position is primarily responsible for the overall management, administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function and for helping C&C to realize a diverse and inclusive culture and workforce. Follows best practices and trends in human resources in the following key areas: employee relations, performance coaching, recruitment support, compensation analysis, professional development, employee engagement transactional activities, onboarding; and diversity & inclusion.
