Compassion & Choices and 12 National Organizations ask CMS to reverse waiver

This morning, Compassion & Choices and 12 other national organizations delivered a letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar voicing our concern about the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) recent waiver of the regulation that requires hospitals, including critical access hospitals, to inform patients about their advance directive policies.
