Column: New federal ‘conscience rule’ puts patients’ rights at risk

Kim Callinan writes an op-ed for the Tampa Bay Times explaining the detriments of a new rule issued by the “Conscience and Religious Freedom” division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office for Civil Rights.
