Starting September 25, and continuing through October, Tim Appleton, Compassion & Choices Action Network Senior Campaign Director for Connecticut, is embarking on a statewide listening tour, bringing the end-of-life options movement to your neighborhood! We're walking across the state to engage with and connect local advocates, spread awareness, and urge lawmakers to pass medical aid-in-dying legislation in Connecticut this upcoming session.

Status of end-of-life legislation

On April 19, 2023, our bill to authorize medical aid in dying in Connecticut (SB1076) did not advance in committee, effectively ending our campaign this year.
