There’s an easy way to find out.

Too many people who have the legal right to access the compassionate relief of medical aid in dying medication face unnecessary obstacles that hold them back. Sometimes it’s a lack of medical professionals able to write the prescription, or an extended wait period that will end after their painful terminal illness claims their lives.

And too often, a systemic issue that permeates America’s healthcare structure goes unchecked as communities of color are disproportionately deprived of the care and information they need. This is true in end-of-life care as well, and we must ensure we do everything necessary to put an end to these disparities.

Take action today, and email your state legislators to make sure they’ll stand up for you and your neighbors, and expand access to medical aid in dying in your state.
