On January 7, 2019, SB 300 End of Life Options Act was introduced by State Senator Lonnie Randolph. It was referred to the Committee on Health and Provider Services. A companion bill (HB 1184.) was introduced by State Representative Matt Pierce introduced a companion bill, The bill was referred to the Committee on Public Health. They did not advance past their assigned committees.
